1. Organizer
This contest is organized by Voodoo SAS, a company incorporated under French law, registered at the Paris Trade and Companies Registry, with its registered office at 59 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 75001 Paris, France ("Voodoo").
For any questions: legal@voodoo.io.
2. Nature of the Contest
This is a skill-based performance challenge. Winners are determined solely on the basis of the objective, measurable performance of their submitted creative against a predefined spend threshold. This contest is not a lottery, prize draw, raffle, or game of chance under any applicable law.
All submissions must be created for a single, designated title — Marble Sort, a casual puzzle game published by Voodoo — ensuring that all entries are evaluated against a consistent, real-world advertising performance benchmark.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The contest is open to solo creators, freelancers, agencies, or studios. Submissions must be made by a natural person (the “Participant”), who, at the time of submission:
is at least 18 years of age;
Is a resident in one of the following countries (the "Eligible Countries"): France, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Turkey, Vietnam; and
where submitting on behalf of an agency or studio, has full authority to bind that entity to these Terms and to grant the intellectual property rights set out in Section 8
Voodoo reserves the right to expand the list of Eligible Countries at any time by updating these Terms on the contest page. Any such expansion applies only to submissions received after the updated Terms are published.
3.2 The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
current employees, officers, contractors, and directors of Voodoo;
individuals who are immediate family members of any of the foregoing, meaning a spouse or civil partner, parent, sibling or child (whether by birth, adoption, or step-relation). and
individuals resident in countries other than the Eligible Countries at the time of submission.
3.3 By submitting, each participant represents and warrants that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 3. Voodoo reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to disqualify any Participant who does not, or who can no longer, satisfy those requirements.
4. Contest Period and Deadline

All submissions must be received before 30 June 2026 at 23:59 CEST (“Submission Deadline”). Submissions received after the Submission Deadline will not be considered, regardless of the time of creation or any technical issues experienced by the Participant.
Performance testing of accepted submissions may continue after the Submission Deadline. The Submission Deadline applies to the receipt of submission only and does not limit Voodoo’s ability to test, evaluate, or deploy accepted creatives beyond that date.

⚠ IMPORTANT NOTICE — USE OF YOUR CREATIVE WITHOUT A PRIZE
By submitting a creative to this contest, you grant Voodoo a licence to use your creative in live advertising campaigns for testing purposes, even if your creative does not win a prize and even if the USD 100,000 Spend Threshold is never reached.
This means Voodoo may run your video as a paid advertisement without paying you beyond the Prize. You retain ownership of your creative at all times.
For full details of the licence granted, please see Section 8.2.
9. Data Protection
Voodoo processes the personal data collected through the submission form (name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL if provided, location, and link to the submitted creative) for the purpose of administering the contest, evaluating submissions, and awarding prizes in accordance with these Terms. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the Participant is a party, namely these Terms and Conditions (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, including any post-contest obligations such as prize payment, tax reporting, and licence management under Section 8, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Under the GDPR and applicable French law (Loi Informatique et Libertés), Participants have the right to access, rectify, and erase their personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Disqualified participants forfeit any right to the prize, including where disqualification occurs after the spend threshold has been reached. Voodoo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time and for any reason, including technical failures or force majeure events (meaning any event beyond Voodoo’s reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or platform policy changes). In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded to participants whose creative has already reached the spend threshold prior to the effective date of cancellation. No prize will be awarded in respect of creatives that have not reached the Spend Threshold as of the effective date of cancellation.
